Phil Humphries is passionate about cars and a perfectionist, who not only takes the utmost care with his own vehicles but any vehicle worked on to correct, prepare and protect the various surfaces.
Every car he has owned including family vehicles have been given the utmost attention to detail even from a young age. He explains he could never bring himself to just throw a bucket of water over a car and use an old sponge to wash it down, it had to be done properly to the highest possible standard with no cutting corners.
He was never happy just washing a car as there were still marks evident in the paintwork...he wanted more and knowing the car could look better endeavoured into finding out how.
A lot of time, effort and money has been invested into researching for the best equipment and different types of products available. Once he had the right tools he put all the research into practice to learn new and improve techniques. A few years later he has perfected his new skills and there are examples of his work in the Gallery.
